Online Store Rules

Software License Purchase Terms
- License Purchase: When you make a purchase, you are acquiring a license for software access. This license is not a guarantee of the software's performance or absence of bugs.
- Software Quality: The software may have bugs or imperfections. You acknowledge that the software is provided "as is," and we do not guarantee its flawless operation.
- Operational Guidelines:
- Usage Restriction: The software is intended to run on a single computer only.
- License Rebinding: Users have the ability to rebind their license to a different computer once every 24 hours.
- Refunds: Refunds for the purchase or any remaining license days are at our discretion. We are not obligated to provide refunds, and they will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Good Will: Refunds, if granted, are an act of good will and do not establish a precedent for future requests. Our decision on refunds is final.
- Support: We strive to provide support for technical issues, but the availability and extent of support are not guaranteed.
Governing Laws
All legal matters and jurisdictions related to this agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Warsaw, Poland. By using our software, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Warsaw, Poland, in respect of any disputes arising under this Agreement.
